Founded in 2023 by Jim Lee, LSS is committed to bringing your project to life with our expertise and dedication. Jim Lee, P.E., obtained his Master’s of Science degree in Civil-Structural Engineering from UNC-Charlotte in 2021 and passed the Principles of Engineering (P.E.) Exam in 2022. With over six years of experience in civil-structural consulting, Jim possesses a wealth of knowledge in designing structures made of concrete, steel, masonry, and timber. He also has expertise in land design and development, including site layout, development, grading, and cost estimation. Jim is also a commissioned notary public in North Carolina.

What to Expect

Most projects take about 4 weeks to complete. Small projects, like foundation inspections, may only take 1 week to visit the project site and write a report.
