This Agreement between Hmong Network (“us”) and the seller (“you”) sets policies for selling on our Marketplace.
Listings & Product Info
- Listings must have accurate, complete product details including size, materials, etc.
- Prices must reflect total cost to buyer including taxes and shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
- Ship orders within timeframe stated in listing, or 2-3 business days if unspecified.
- Provide valid tracking info to buyers once order ships.
Returns & Refunds
- Accept returns of unused/unopened items in original condition within 30 days.
- Provide return instructions and contact info in order confirmations. Prepaid labels encouraged.
- Process returns within 2 business days of receiving item.
- Issue refunds to original payment method within 5-7 days of processing return.
- Set own return policies for used items. Sale items can be exchanged only.
- Seller pays return shipping if due to inaccurate listing or seller error.
Disputes & Account Status
- Make good faith effort to resolve buyer complaints before contacting us.
- We may suspend accounts for policy violations or illegal/unethical conduct.
Financial Terms
- 8-15% commission charged on sales, including fees and processing costs.
- $100 minimum withdrawal limit on Marketplace earnings.
- Payouts via Stripe or PayPal require seller account with these providers.
By listing products for sale, you agree to this Seller Agreement. We may amend it and inform all sellers by email. Please contact support@hmong.network with any questions.
