Welcome to Hmong Network, an online platform connecting Hmong-owned businesses with customers. Please review this policy before using our services to ensure a positive experience.
Accounts & Verification
- We offer Guest and Business (Owner) accounts. Guests have limited access, mainly used for browsing and making purchases, while Business accounts allow full usage of the many features we have available such as listing products, services, and much more.
- Businesses can claim pre-existing listings by contacting us for verification. Verified accounts get a badge.
- Businesses must keep their listing information up-to-date after claiming it.
Listings & Packages
- We offer 2 packages: Discover (free) and Connect ($59.99 one-time). Each unlocks additional features.
- Services listings does not need to be renewed.
- Listings such as Events and Classifieds will expire and must be renewed.
Communication & Reviews
- Sellers must promptly respond to messages or risk account suspension.
- Businesses must keep information accurate or contact us to update.
- Overall review scores below 3 stars may lead to marketplace selling suspension.
Financial Terms
- Marketplace earnings have a $100 minimum withdrawal limit, separate from listings earnings.
- Payouts processed via Stripe or PayPal. Sellers need an account with either payment processor to receive payouts.
Compliance
- Listings not meeting requirements will be removed with or without explanation. Continuous issues may limit listings.
