At Hmong Network, we want to ensure every buyer has a seamless, positive experience when purchasing from our sellers. To achieve this, we have implemented a Seller Performance program to monitor and improve seller ratings.
Our goal is for all sellers on Hmong Network to maintain a minimum feedback rating of 3.5 stars. This rating is calculated based on reviews and ratings left by buyers after completing a transaction. Ratings are given on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.
If a seller’s rating falls below 3.5 stars, their account will be reviewed by our team. The seller will be notified and given suggestions on how to improve their rating through better communication, faster shipping times, accurate item descriptions, and reasonable shipping charges.
Sellers are expected to increase their rating to 3.5 stars or higher within 3 months of this notification. If the rating remains below 3.5 stars after 3 months, further action may be taken on the seller’s account, including possible suspension from selling on Hmong Network.
By holding our sellers to high standards, we can continue to provide buyers with the excellent service and selection they expect from our marketplace. The Seller Performance program helps identify areas for improvement so we can work together with sellers to enhance the buying experience. Our goal is not just to meet expectations, but exceed them.
