In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we provide you with the option to delete your account and all associated data from our Hmong Network website. To proceed with the account deletion, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Hmong Network account.
- Go to My Account –> My Profile.
- Click on the red Delete Account button.
- Confirm deletion.
Once you complete these steps, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our website. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
According to GDPR, we are obliged to erase your data without undue delay if one of the following grounds applies: your personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected or processed, or you withdraw your consent to the processing and there is no other lawful basis for processing the data.
We will take appropriate security measures to prevent the loss or unauthorized access to your personal data during the deletion process. In case your personal data has been made public, we will take reasonable steps to inform other controllers who are processing your personal data that you have requested the erasure.
