Our fee structure is designed for simplicity and transparency. Listing your items on our platform is completely free, and we only apply a fee when your items are sold. Our primary goal is to support the success of your business.

In the future, we plan to introduce tiered packages that you can choose to upgrade to as your business expands. We are committed to supporting you when you’re ready to take that step.

Our marketplace operates on a commission-based model, which helps us cover operational costs while providing our sellers with access to a wide audience of potential buyers. The commission rate depends on the subscription tier selected by the seller. Currently, we offer a Free Tier, which includes a 15% commission on each transaction.

  1. Gateway Subscription ($0.99 per item sold): Exempt from monthly charges and, instead, are subject to a fixed transaction fee of $0.99 per item sold. This subscription tier gives you the advantage of unlimited product listings, obviating the need for monthly renewals.

  2. Empire Builder Subscription ($39.99/month): Receive unlimited product listings with no monthly renewal and drop the per-item transaction fees. Additionally, gain access to a quota of 2 advertising ($60 value) slots each month, to prominently showcase products on the marketplace. You will also have the ability to sell subscriptions.

  3. Market Leader Subscription ($99.99/month): When you are ready to scale up your eCommerce business, this subscription will allow you to get everything from the Empire Builder Subscription plus you will receive 3 extra advertising spots ($90 value) each month and you will have access to your very own Account Manager.

The commission fees for our marketplace are calculated based on the total sale price, which includes any applicable taxes, fees, and processing costs. To ensure efficient payouts, sellers must meet a minimum withdrawal threshold of $100. Payouts are processed through trusted financial services providers, namely Stripe and PayPal, requiring sellers to have a pre-existing account with either provider.

Additionally, each product category has a distinct commission fee that will be systematically assessed and collected by us. This structure allows us to manage operational expenses while providing sellers with access to a broad audience of potential buyers.

By providing competitive commission rates and a tiered subscription system, our marketplace endeavors to create a lucrative platform for businesses of all sizes. These fees not only sustain the robustness of our marketplace but also foster a thriving environment where sellers can seamlessly connect with motivated buyers.

Commission fees are automatically calculated and deducted from the total sale amount immediately after the sale occurs. This deducted amount is set aside, and when it comes time for you to receive your payment, you will be paid the remaining balance after these commission fees have been subtracted.

In the event of a sale refund, our system will refund the commission to the customer. We only retain the commission that has been confirmed and processed.
