The home features a PRIVATE INDOOR HEATED SALT WATER POOL, not 1 but 2 GAME ROOMS (ARCADE with over 2000 GAMES, AIR HOCKEY, PING PONG, and ELECTRONIC BASKETBALL) and BILLIARDS ROOM with a full size POOL TABLE along with a KARAOKE MACHINE! Outside features a beautiful area for DISC GOLF, FIRE PIT, SWINGS & AKORN GRILL

Pool Room: Located right off the laundry room behind a self closing door and child proof lock, our indoor pool is heated up to a very nice and comfortable 85 degrees at no extra charge. Open 24 hours year round for your use. Pool heat is on 12 hours a day from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Please let us know if you prefer a different time frame.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Covered Balcony right off the living room with outdoor seating and charcoal grill. We do not provide any charcoal. Relax with a cup of coffee or drink of your choice. Watch the birds feed on the bird feeders and squirrels play in the backyard. Take your drinks to the swings on the front lawn and relax. Start the fire pit with the starter wood we provide and enjoy the picturesque view you’re surrounded by. Although we do occasionally treat our outside areas, please be aware that we are on over 4 acres of wooded land and that there are insects, critters and poison ivy. Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house besides the owner’s closet, supply closet, garage, basement, pool room supply closet and pool room equipment area

FOUR SEASONS POOL HOUSE
Our name says it all! With our heated indoor pool enjoy the pool no matter the season or weather outside! We heat the pool up to a very comfortable 85 degrees 12 hours a day from 8:30 AM-8:30 PM at no extra charge. Please let us know if you prefer a different time frame. Even after the pool heater shuts off for the day, the water will still be warm and swimmable. Pool Room has heat but no air conditioning is available.
