I was tired of overly processed preservatives- packed options that were lining up at the stores that makes me feel so guilty for just wanting some sweets. With my love for baking, I decided to put what I am passionate about and the care for our health out. This page is to share the love to those who have a sweet tooth as well.
My cupcakes and cakes are American style but with a twist Asian style whipped cream. I am not a big fan of sponge cake because of the texture but I also do not like American buttercream or creams because it is so overly sweet and heavy. So I decided to just create my own to what I like lol. These are American style cupcakes/cakes of less sweetness and our Asian style cream; these cupcakes/cakes are perfect for everyone of ages.
