Cypher Side’s mission is to welcome and inspire young dancers into a healthy and diverse community. We are a hub for youth dance culture that teaches and encourages youth to perform different dance styles. A “cypher” is an important hip-hop ritual in which dancers circle up and take turns dancing in the center, showcasing their personal style, and building community through mutual encouragement.
