As the sun sets and a warm breeze drifts through Lansing’s parks, something magical begins to stir. Families unfold lawn chairs, kids chase bubbles through the grass, and the sweet sounds of live music float through the summer air. It’s the return of Lansing’s Concerts in the Park — your favorite way to spend Wednesday evenings from June through early August.

From the soulful rhythms of Root Doctor kicking things off at Moores Park on June 11, to the vibrant beats of Grupo Dezeo lighting up Wilson Park on July 30, every concert promises two hours of joy, connection, and community — all for free. This year’s lineup includes local legends, high-energy cover bands, and even the elegant Lansing Symphony Orchestra closing the series at Frances Park on August 6.

Bring a blanket, grab some snacks, and let the music move you. Whether you’re dancing under the trees, picnicking with friends, or just soaking in the sounds, Lansing’s Concerts in the Park is where summer memories are made.
