At the heart of Hmong Wealth Builders are Tou Fang and Naly Xiong—real estate investors with a proven track record. Tou’s journey began in Laos, where he was born before being forced to relocate to the United States as a child refugee. Facing financial hardship and the challenges of adjusting to a new world, Tou became passionate about financial literacy and wealth-building from an early age. Despite experiencing numerous failed business ventures, it was his partnership with his wife, Naly Xiong, that sparked a new approach to success. Inspired by Naly, Tou explored new pathways to wealth, and together they discovered the essentials: building a supportive community of like-minded entrepreneurs, developing key business skills, giving back to their community, and—most importantly—embracing grit and perseverance.
In less than five years, Tou and Naly have built a real estate portfolio valued at over $5 million, with equity surpassing $1.5 million. While raising their two children, they now find fulfillment in mentoring and connecting other entrepreneurs and investors, guiding them toward financial freedom. They openly share their struggles and lessons learned, believing that true mastery comes from embracing imperfections and learning from failure.
