Yer’s real estate journey started in 2016 when she and her husband ventured into investing and holding properties for long-term rentals. For a couple of years she co-managed short-term rentals with a team using Airbnb. After resigning from teaching middle school, she began her licensure studies for real estate and life insurance. In her first 12 months she moved over $1M in sales servicing her investor clients and more. Her dedication to communication, pushing transactions to closing and exceptional service has earned her a loyal clientele. When Yer is not working, she’s spending time with her husband of 10 years and four young children.
