Heart & Mind Cultural Counseling and Training

Dr. Jenjee Sengkhammee is a Licensed Psychologist and the founder of Heart & Mind Cultural Counseling and Training (HMCCT), established in 2020 after six years of clinical work. She is dedicated to providing culturally competent therapy, focusing on diverse populations, and addressing mental health through a lens of cultural awareness. Dr. Sengkhammee, a Hmong American woman, emphasizes the importance of diversity in therapeutic relationships and strives to create a safe space for clients from various backgrounds, including BIPOC, women, and LGBTQ+ communities. Her professional interests include multicultural psychology, racial trauma, and supporting therapists of color in private practice. Dr. Sengkhammee holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is licensed to practice in Oregon and Wisconsin.
