Hello, I’m Maleeya Xiong! Greater Milwaukee Area Photographer.

I am a portrait photographer based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Let me capture your precious moments in life. Let me be your time capsule.

I started my photography journey in 2017 after the passing of my dearest brother. I realized how little photos we shared together and how much memories we failed to capture. My business name Precious Photoworks captures the reasons why I started photography.

“Precious” represents the importance of living life to the fullest and being thankful for all the blessing life has to offer. It represents the unknown future that we as human beings face… so we have to make every moment worth it. It represents my precious brother Por Xiong, the one who left us too soon.

“Photoworks” come from my sister’s photography business “Alluring Photoworks” by Za Xiong. I wanted to incorporate ‘photoworks’ into my business as a way to say thanks and acknowledge my sister for inspiring me to become a photographer.
