Had a great experience with Eric at Herizon Builders. They did a quality job on my roof and replaced several warped and rotted boards they found during the tear off. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and they kept me updated even when the gutter crew was running behind schedule. I also appreciated that there was never any pressure to buy upgrades or add-ons. Overall, they were honest, professional, and easy to work with. I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

From start to finish, our experience with Herizon was fantastic! A huge tree fell and damaged our garage roof, requiring a full roof replacement and painting. We experienced transparent communication, prompt responses, and high level professionalism all throughout the process, which helped to alleviate the already stressful situation. The Herizon team worked seamlessly with our insurance, always showed up timely and completed the work during the time frame promised. They even went above and painted areas not in scope just so it would look better, which goes to show further care and pride in their work and importantly customer service. We will definitely use Herizon for our future home projects and repairs!

Herizon Builders did an outstanding job on my home! They replaced my roof, gutters, and painted the exterior, and everything turned out great. From start to finish, they walked me through each step of the process and kept me updated on the progress, so I always knew what was happening. They were flexible, willing to make accommodations when needed, and even offered helpful recommendations along the way. It’s rare to find a company that communicates this well and truly cares about the end result — Herizon Builders delivered on every front. Highly recommend!

Awesome customer services. No peer pressure sell. SuChann came out and explain everything thoroughly and was able to repair what I requested. Great person, great services, I recommend especially if you’re in the Twin Cities.

Thanks to Herizon Builders for our roof replacement! We were hit with the hailstorm that came through the NE metro in 2023. Initially, someone came by and said we'd work to get your roof replaced with your insurance. As soon as we were denied by the insurance that was the last we heard from that individual and company. We turned to Herizon and they worked diligently with the insurance company and finally got it approved after 11 long months and working with different adjusters. Don't just settle for the one-and-done, if you're going to settle, do it with someone who's willing to go the extra mile for you. They took care of each step from the insurance claim all the way to the completion of the work (in 6 hours to boot).
