We just left and I must say, they are the friendliest staff! Priscilla made our day and our fur babies day!! We had to wait a few minutes, but it was so worth it to meet these fine folks. Treats for the fur babies, kindness and honesty, and a talent for making us feel special. Priscilla has it all!! What a wonderful visit!

The pharmacist is so caring and making sure every customer is happy. Reminds me of old school pharmacies and I’m so glad I found them. They have great prices (especially for cash patients), they have a drive thru, and they deliver!! I had an issue with the pricing once and I called and they got it fixed for me. And Erica at the pharmacy is so nice. I was sick with COVID and I didn’t want them to come to my house so they delivered it to my parents for me to help me out. She sent a card as well hoping I felt better. Cannot compare the customer service. I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 10 years and they have to be one of my favorite places.

Yesterday, 1/4/19, was the first time I have ever had to use Hickory Family Pharmacy and I'm so glad I did! My 4month old was born with 2 major heart defects and we ran completely out of 1 of his meds. I called them to get his compounded medicine refilled. They called us around 5:45pm and I told them it would take me close to 30-35mins to arrive & they stayed open until I was able to get there and pick up the medicine! The employees definitely went above and beyond for a 1st time, new customer and I am greatly appreciative!

Hickory Family Pharmacy has everything going for it. It's located on Tate Blvd on the "medical mile." The staff is friendly and skilled. i needed a compounded prescription and they prepared it while I waited at a reasonable price.

I love the people who work there . They know me by name and go the extra mile to help me with anything I need. Two thumbs up! As far as I am concerned they are the only pharmacy I trust with my pharmaceutical needs.
