Executive Director Search Update Dear HOPE Community Academy Families and Community Members, We are pleased to update you on our search for HOPE?s next Executive Director. We are committed to finding a strong leader who will continue our mission of inspiring students to achieve high academic success while embracing Hmong language and culture, and who shares our vision of being a public school of excellence. Our Process We have received applications from several qualified candidates and have scheduled interviews to begin the selection process. Our hiring process includes multiple steps to ensure we find the best fit for our school community: Step 1:?Initial interviews conducted by our hiring committee, which includes both parents and staff members Step 2:?Candidates recommended by the hiring committee will meet with our students Step 3:?Final candidates will interview with our Board of Directors Step 4:?Community presentations where our final candidates will present to HOPE families and community members Community Involvement We believe it?s important for our entire HOPE community to have the opportunity to meet our final candidates. We will be hosting community presentations where you can attend, hear from the candidates, and ask questions. Details about these presentations will be shared as we move through the process.
