My wife and I only stopped by Kong’s Kitchen because we happened to be in the area—but wow, what a delicious accident that turned out to be. We had no idea we were about to fall headfirst into some of the best lo mein and wings I’ve ever had in my life. The wings? Absolutely elite. The kind of crispy, saucy perfection that makes you pause mid-bite and reconsider all your previous life choices—yes, that good. “Slap your mama” might be an exaggeration… but only slightly. The cheese wontons tasted like they came straight out of a secret family recipe book guarded by a grandmother with 40 years of experience and zero patience for shortcuts. Perfectly golden, creamy, and dangerously easy to devour. And the sesame chicken? Let’s just say it didn’t just “hit the spot”—it threw a party there. On top of all that, the portion sizes were generous enough to make you feel like you’re winning at life. We left completely satisfied, already talking about what we’re ordering next time. Safe to say, this won’t be our last visit. If you’re anywhere near this place, do yourself a favor and stop in—your taste buds will thank you.

Ordered takeout directly from their site! I had heard some great feedback on social media about this place and have been meaning to try it for some time. I ordered cream cheese wontons, spring rolls, pork belly, sesame chicken, and a taro flavored boba tea. For the wontons, I was a little thrown off by how small they were, but they are JAM-PACKED and full of flavor, so don't stress about that. Spring rolls were a great size, with fresh vegetables and food inside. The pork belly bites were crispy and tender and they are served with a killer spicy sauce (kinda loved eating the wontons with that too, just saying.) They weren't greasy, either, which is hard to do with pork belly sometimes. The sesame chicken was decent - it's a good portion size and flavor, but I ordered it medium and it tasted very sweet, no kick at all. If you like spicy, ORDER IT spicy! For the boba, that cup is HUGE. Biggest bang for your buck on the menu, I swear. It's a little more like a slushie in texture, and very sweet, also has popping boba and not brown sugar boba. All in all I think they offer a great value for their food, with favorable portion sizes and prices that doesn't sacrifice taste.

First time here & it was good! Service was amazing, food came out so quick for us! The 2 girls working 6/28/26 are phenomenal and they got their rounds of customer which weren't the best. Thanks for your service!!! Yall were great!

How can this place be rated so highly—or even be allowed to stay in business—when the food is this terrible and the customer service is so poor? I brought a group of eight people, including three COOs visiting from Taiwan, and I was honestly embarrassed that I chose this restaurant. Many of the items we wanted to order were unavailable. The papaya salad was nothing but wilted, pale lettuce with bitter fish sauce, oversized tomato slices, and a bowl that was nearly half full of liquid. The meat dishes were extremely salty, tough, and chewy. We ended up leaving most of the food on the table because it simply wasn't worth eating. The customer service made the experience even worse. Before we were seated, I specifically asked if they could still serve us since it was close to closing time, and they said yes. Yet, before we even finished our meal, we were told to leave because they were closing. In more than 50 years of dining out, I have never experienced anything this bad. I deeply regret bringing my guests here, and I will never spend another penny at this restaurant. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

One of the few restaurants in Minnesota that has any Cambodian cuisine. If you go, I recommend their lemongrass stir-fry if you want a bit of kick, and loc lac if you want more umami. But the real star of the show for me was their sausage ( in the appetizer section). The cooks make their own sausage from scratch as an appetizer. Well-seasoned, great "snap," served very hot with a delightful Cambodian-style chili sauce. Incredible. Don't ignore this restaurant. They have a small menu, and they do the dishes well.
