If you has a question or reached out with any questions, you'll get a response back within a reasonable time or mostly within the next hour. You can also call if urgent and you'll get help right away. She is knowledgeable in her cases and in my cases. She is really transparent in her process and procedure. She will give you the possible outcomes and best judgment. She is very personable and does call you personally if it warrants it which I received and it helps that they look at you other than just a number. Great to work with and if ever need her for any immigration issues in future will definitely recommend.
