From the day we started here at NorthStar Health we have been providing services to the community here in Minnesota. With our network providers we have been providing health and human services, along with our signature care packages and food distributions. Services We Offer with our Network Providers: Food | Care-Package Services Interpreting and Resource Services Transportation Services Community Services and Resources Health Care and Medical Services Human Social Services Long-Term Care. Aging, and Disability Services We started back in 2020 and we believe that there are many people in need during these chaotic times. Due to the pandemic and unfortunate events in the community, many people are struggling to make meets end.
