Xiong&xiong
X2 Pastries is the collaborative work of two longtime friends and bakers who grew up in Minnesota. They both happen to be named Xiong and met during a badminton match. Both Xiongs enjoy eating pastries and baking goodies. They began baking out of their home in 2017 and ventured into the local farmers market network. X2 Pastries is founded by two Xiongs, but that is only part of its story. With the communities support, X2 Pastries hopes to become a creative baking space.
