    New account establishment and onboarding (retail & non-retail). ACAT transfers, rollovers, and related account movements. Managing and tracking document workflows. Coordination with custodians, vendors, and internal teams for advanced service requests. Updating client personal and beneficiary information.

    Full-cycle onboarding coordination - guiding the client through every stage from data collection to account activation. Comprehensive client communication (phone, text, and email follow-up).
