The space
The City of Apple Valley requires a minimum 30 day stay for any bookings.
This remodeled multi-level split style home features a relaxing family room on the main floor complete with a fireplace. Just a few steps up will lead you to the wide open living space where the kitchen and dining room are located. You can step onto the deck directly from the dining room to enjoy the private backyard. There are 4 bedrooms total with 3 bedrooms on the upper most level and 1 bedroom in the lowest level with its own living room right outside of it. The owner’s suite has a private half bathroom, the main upper level bathroom is complete with a tub and shower, and the main floor has a walk-in shower. You will find fresh fluffy towels all around the home. The kitchen is stocked with essentials for your stay. Laundry is available on-site as well as an attached 2 car garage.

Other things to note
There is no additional charge for up to 4 guests, it’s $25 per additional person per night after 4 guests.
Please note our basic house rules:
No smoking or vaping allowed inside the property or garage. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged to any guests violating this rule. We’ve worked hard to curate a smoke-free experience for guests, especially those with asthma. You’re welcome to smoke outside however please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
No pets allowed due to owner’s severe allergies. A $350 deep cleaning fee will be charged to any guests violating this rule. Many guests ask ahead of time if any pets have been inside a home due to their allergies.
No unauthorized events or parties. We have hosted over 600+ nights with the various Airbnb homes in the Twin Cities that we own. We value honesty and transparency with your travel plans. If you have any questions, please contact us via inquiry.
Quiet time starts at 10 PM to 7 AM. The home is fully stocked with linens, toiletries, cookware, silverware, and basic condiments for cooking.
Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with toddlers and would like use of baby gates, a baby swing, or a high chair. We are happy to have these items available for your use at your request.
Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be available with advance notice for $50.
