The directory answers "who's nearby." Solutions answer "what do I actually do, in what order, and who do I call for each step" — built for someone who doesn't want to research a whole industry from scratch.
How are Verified Partners vetted?
A business applies from its dashboard once it's a claimed, verified listing. Our team reviews the application and approves, rejects, or later suspends the partnership if standards slip — it isn't paid placement, and it can be revoked.
Is there a cost to use a solution, or to become a partner?
Browsing solutions is free. Applying to become a Verified Partner is free too — what you pay, if anything, is directly to the partner business for the work itself, same as any other listing.
Can my business become a Verified Partner?
Yes, once your listing is claimed and verified. Apply from the Partner Program tab in your dashboard — an admin reviews it and you'll hear back either way.
