Hmong American Alliance Church (HAAC)
In 1988 HAAC was established in Saint Paul, MN beginning with only 15 families, in the basement of Mr. Va Tou Vue, led by Reverend Nou Toua Vang. When Reverend Nou Toua Vang was sent by the Hmong District to lead the church in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Reverend Solo Xiong was called to be the Pastor. During the 16 years tenure, the church continued to grow, employing multiple staffs, and involved in various local ministries and mission projects.
