The New LifeStyles Story While looking for care in the Dallas area for his mother, Les Blaser realized there weren't any reliable sources of information on senior housing available. He then started a small newsletter for Dallas area hospitals listing the nursing homes in the Dallas area. The idea blossomed into the first New LifeStyles guide, published in 1987 for Dallas, TX. Les and his wife Renee, then started working on other Texas area guides including Ft. Worth, then on to Southern California. Over the years, we published more than 50 guides for metropolitan areas in the U.S. New LifeStyles guides can be viewed at?www.NewLifestyles.com. New LifeStyles Online went live in 1995 as one of the first senior housing sites on the internet, another vision of Les Blaser. It is designed for seniors, their families and friends, social workers, case managers, physicians, and anyone else interested in searching one place for nationwide senior living options. New LifeStyles Online houses a database of all state licensed senior communities, home health & hospice agencies nationwide, plus other non-licensed communities and senior products & services. You can view basic information on these companies, contact them through e-mail forms, get more information on them by linking to their sites, take an online tour of communities, download a brochure and more!
