vnkauj0184I ordered the Hmong combo and it arrived with the papaya liquid splashed all over the rice, sausage, egg roll and chicken wings. It's like eating rice in papaya juice. The papaya salad is warm which tastes nasty. If the order comes with papaya, you need to keep it separate from the rest of the dry food. I paid for this and I expect a better way of receiving my food. Please consider the way you package each order if it's for delivery pick up by delivery services.
BlongI have a lot of love for my Hmong community and truly want to support our local businesses, but my recent experience here was very disappointing. I visited a few years ago and had a much better time, but a lot has changed—and not for the better. The atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable. The young lady working was clearly experiencing burnout; she was even yelling to her coworkers that no one was helping her. It honestly looked like she was being left to do everything herself, which is never a good sign for management. As for the food, I ordered the Pho King Bowl, but it only came with three pieces of meat. For the price, that is completely unacceptable. Between the service issues and the lack of value in the dish, I’m sad to say the quality has really slipped. I hope they can turn things around, but I won’t be in a rush to return.
Jessica ThaoThe food was great and the customer service was even better! If you want authentic thai food, check this place out! It was clean and not too busy so we got a table for a big party right away. Would definitely go there again when I am in town.
Lindsay Ferris MartinOur 1st server was nice. But she just disappeared and we never saw her again. Egg rolls and cream cheese wontons were average at best The deluxe pad thia was way to sweet. No one could get past 2 bites. My 9 year old liked her sesame chicken 😊 The Basil Bai Ka Pao was okay. My spicy noodles were okay too. All in all it was okay 👌 The space was huge Good vibes
thingzVery nice lady and an okay waiter. They were very polite and understanding. Food was a bit bland and the Khao Piak tasted a bit like tap water. I enjoy the drinks but probably wouldn’t come back for their food.
