Pa N XiongI was very upset with Transforming Generation. This place is one of the worse place ever. It was so hard to contact them through phone. When calling the direct line, they never answer the phone. Leave a message, they never call back. Send an email they never respond. They took days to answer or call back. They did not have an answer to any of my questions regarding my case. It was a noob gal who they assigned to me and she was basically the messenger as she doesnt know what she was doing. I did not get the help and service they claim to provide. Very poor service and poor communication. I am never going back to Transforming Generation.
