Diamond Head Cruises is a family-run, Hmong-owned boat tour business in Honolulu. Since 2019, the crew has offered private and semi-private trips along the Waikiki coast. Every tour stays small, with room for only six guests, so it never feels like a crowded cruise. Guests can choose from three main trips. The Turtle Canyon Snorkel Tour includes a guaranteed swim with turtles and a chance to watch dolphins. The Private Waikiki Boat Tour lets you build your own trip: snorkeling, dolphin watching, or a relaxed coastal cruise. In winter, the Whale Watching Tour follows migrating humpback whales along the coast. All trips run about an hour and forty-five minutes, with morning departures at 7:30, 9:30, and 11:30. Early tours often mean calmer water and better visibility. The boat itself, a 28-foot Zodiac named Kona Gold, is built for both comfort and rough water. It can reach spots that bigger tour boats simply can't. Certified captains and guides lead every trip, and snorkel gear, snacks, and drinks are included.
