Being from California, it was impossible to visit my cousin's food truck. But we finally had the opportunity to visit Arkansas, and our first stop was her food truck. We've heard so much about it and how wonderful it was, and I have to say that it did not disappoint. We had the opportunity to watch their operation from inside the food truck. They were so busy from the moment they opened to when they closed. Every dish is made from scratch to order with fresh ingredients. Nothing is ever premade; they have 3 frying pans going at once trying to fill orders. The portions are humongous and the prices are very friendly. We met some locals as well, and Arkansas has some of the friendliest folks. So, if my cousin takes a while to make your plate, please be patient with them. Every dish is made with love! Thanks again for hosting us, we enjoyed every moment with our time in Arkansas and will visit again soon.

I ordered Pork on a Stick, General Tso Chicken (requested extra spicy) and fried rice… He asked 1-5 on how spicy and I said 4…. Well I’m literally sweating haha, great sauce! The food was amazing and they gave me a TON OF IT! Go by and see them.

Super fresh and hot food! I loved the fried rice and the crab Rangoon were really delicious! Service was friendly and fast! Definitely I fun experience eating at food trucks and supporting local!

I absolutely love the place. We stopped by for dinner. It was late in evening and was completely packed. We ordered and waited for about 20 minutes to get the food. The food was nice, hot ( too hot!), fresh and absolutely yum! The portion size is too much. I had my two meals with one portion size! I ordered chicken curry pad Thai noodles, and my husband ordered some beef with veggies stir fry, that came with rice. They have some house made, chilli- cilantro oil like condiment which was yum! Overall the food was terrific. And we will go back again.
