I’ve stopped at this farmers market stall twice over the past few years, and I’m glad I gave it another try! The first time I visited, I brought cookies home for my family. While they were good, they weren’t quite what I expected. Looking back, I think they would have been amazing fresh, and I didn’t realize at the time that reheating them in the oven was recommended. This visit, I tried the green bun and the cream cheese garlic bun. The green bun was delicious — it had a light, delicate flavor with just a hint of sweetness. It was the perfect balance and something I would definitely get again. I’m looking forward to reheating the cream cheese garlic bun in our air fryer for dinner tonight.

The cookies are warm, the Boba is cold and the staff cheerful. If you're craving a sweet gooey treat this is the place to stop. Even though selection is limited (usually 8 different types of cookies) there should be a few you'll like.

I was really excited to see what the hype was, but upon seeing the variety of cookies, I realized I had gotten my hopes up. I only ended up wanting the chocolate chip (most popular?) one as the other flavors weren’t as interesting. My partner got an Ube cookie and the small cheese bread as well. Everything was around $16-17 for two cookies and bread. For the price, the cookies tasted more like home baked cookies (and if you enjoy that, that can be worth it). The cookies were greasy, which made it difficult to finish more than half. It’s also very dense because of all the fat. I will say, it’s good that they used a good amount of chocolate chips. The cheese bread could’ve used more oil instead because it was on the dry side. Overall, if you like sweet home baked cookies and don’t have time to do it yourself, this is a good option. I wouldn’t come back again, however.

Their signature yummee milk tea was not bad. Their pearls are very tender and yummy! We used to come here a lot for their pandan bread—which used to be so soft and chewy. But when we recently went back, we bought 3 Pandan breads and they were all so hard and dry, most likely old stock. We did not end up eating them as they all tasted bad and so we were disappointed :(

Yummee treats also know how to steal your heart. They are always ready to serve and had everything we came for. We tried their Dubai croissant and Strawberry Croissant and it was out of this world!! You have to try it! Even their drinks were reasonable and flavorful! Thank you for a great experience!
